Prestigetime.com offers a 14-day return policy from the day of receipt, provided the watch has not been worn or altered in any way. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization No. (RMA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box to expedite the return. A watch returned without authorization will be refused.

Returns will be credited in full minus a 2% restocking fee and original shipping and insurance charges. Restocking charges are waived on an exchange.

For pre-owned watches, Prestigetime.com offers a 7-day return policy, with a 2% restocking fee. Customers can enjoy a 7-day inspection period during which they can decide if they will be keeping the watch or if they would prefer to return the watch for an exchange or refund.
